At Frostaperla, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. That's why all of our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your investment is protected.

✅ What's Covered

Under normal use, our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including:

  • Manufacturing defects — structural flaws present at the time of purchase (e.g., broken clasps, loose settings, faulty closures)
  • Stone loss due to a defective setting (not caused by impact or misuse)
  • Plating defects — abnormal or premature fading/peeling of gold, rose gold, or silver plating within the first 6 months of purchase
  • Chain breakage under normal wear conditions (not caused by pulling or snagging)
  • Clasp or closure failure that occurs during regular use
  • Soldering or joining defects — pieces that separate at a joint due to a manufacturing fault

❌ What's Not Covered

The following situations and damages are excluded from our warranty:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence (e.g., dropping, bending, or crushing)
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and surface dulling over time
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals — including perfume, chlorine, cleaning products, or saltwater
  • Tarnishing resulting from improper storage or lack of care
  • Damage from improper sizing or alterations performed by a third party
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Damage caused by extreme temperatures or prolonged UV exposure
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Damage to pearls or organic materials caused by cosmetics, sweat, or improper storage

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Attach clear photos of the defect from multiple angles.

Step 04

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

* If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

  • The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Frostaperla reserves the right to assess whether damage falls within warranty coverage.
  • Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
