1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address at checkout.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@frostaperla.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
