Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@frostaperla.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely and include your RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
